先將豆渣用白鑊炒至水份去掉(約20分鐘),加鹽、胡椒粉調味。
熄火,加南瓜子、白芝麻、碎紫菜和麻油拌匀。
i just feel bad if i throw away the okara after i make soy milk. okara is full of nutrients and can be used for baking bread or cookies. my sister is a vegan and i am making this for her.

okara from soy milk
white sesame
pumpkin seeds
seeweed pieces
heat a wok without oil, add okara to fry until the water is evaporated. once the color of okara is changed from white to golden brown then you can stop. add salt and white pepper powder to taste. turn off the heat. add the remaining ingredients.
serve with rice or as snack.
